2. Sizing & Cavity

Our Molds  are sized base on the longest side, which is the furthest distance end to end of your design.
Note: by default, we will follow the longest side on the design given, the other side will follow design/ image ratio accordingly. If you want to adjust the design to your size exactly please let us know.

We make silicone molds at any size you want :)

Share with us the design and size (height x length x width).

Let us know the total of molds needed or how many cavities needed per molds.

3. Design

For 3D models in STL, Stp, 3mf and obj is ideal.

Fo Drawings and sketches,  design ideally must be a simple black and white (monocolor) / silhouette style graphic / sketch. Design is best in ai or svg format, but clear HQ image works too.

For imprint or emboss designs (logo and characters) , please include the outlines of the details you want, low resolution screenshots are not suitable, may require extra design fees.

Tip - Google search: “Black and White *Design* vector/line drawing /colouring in” or something similar etc.

Note: We do not copy another store design but we can help to make something similar.

Note: Design proof (up to 2 minor revisions) will be provided before proceeding with production. Additional artwork versions may be subjected to charges.

Note again: By default, we will follow the longest side on the design given, the other side will follow design/ image ratio accordingly. If you want to stretch the design to your size exactly please let us know.

Make sure the design line thickness is not too fine and thin (minimum 1mm), this is to ensure design will hold its shape during demold.

4. Quantity

You can get just one Silicone Mold. The first mold willl include master and tooling  design and manufacturing. Subsequent mold will just be the silicone mold manufacturing cost. There is no MOQ, Bulk Order: on the other hand we do offer bundle discount or wholesale if you are getting multiple of the same size and design. Do let us know the quantities and lead time to further discuss.

Note: Tooling / Master mold will be keep for 1 year from your last order date.

5. Pricing

Pricing is base on the factors above, mainly base on sizing and design given.
Additional charges impose on complex / unclear design or need for further editing.

6. Lead Time

Design and production time: 
Usually 5-10 days.  
Priority processing option is available upon request, do contact us to discuss.
