They are specifically designed to be used in cookie dough, cake, modelling chocolate and cheese.
Our cookie cutters is suitable to cut dough up to 15mm (0.59in) thickness.
Cookie cutters have cutting sharp edge, 0.4mm (0.015in).
Embosser gives a stamping effect on cookies or fondants.
Made with food grade plastic and dishwasher safe you can be confident you're investing in a tool that last a lifetime.
Embossers has large handle that has a CNC logo on the right way up to make it quicker to position the right way up of the design and easily lift the embosser out of the cookie dough, fondant, modelling chocolate and gum paste.

All efforts are taken to reduce any bumps created during the making the cutters, however sometimes some will slip through our checks. These are light and will usually covered after baking, or you can also lightly smoothen the dough before baking.
2.0 inch Mini: Measures 5.1 cm x 5.1 cm (2.0 inch x 2.0 inch)
2.5 inch Small: Measures 6.4 cm x 6.4 cm (2.5 inch x 2.5 inch)
3.0 inch Standard: Measures 7.6 cm x 7.6 cm (3.0 inch x 3.0 inch)
3.5 inch Large: Measures 8.9 cm x 8.9 cm (3.5 inch x 3.5 inch)

1. Roll your dough to around 7mm thick (get a custom pin guide from us).
2. Place the cutters on your dough and press evenly. making sure you cut all the way through to your working surface, gently rub the cutter on it to make sure the dough separates completely.
3. Lightly lift the cutter from the dough.
If your cookie dough sticks to the cutter, dust some flour on your dough before cutting or dip your cutter into flour before using it on the dough. This will help releasing the cutter from the dough. This helps a lot with small cutters or cutters with very fine detailed edges.
Dishwasher safe, temperature below 70°C / 158°F.
Wash gently with a mini brush, or toothpick to remove any dough stuck in the sharp/small edges.
While our cutters are designed to be durable and strong, any excessive force or apply horizontal pressure will damage the product's integrity.
Thus, please handle it with care to ensure the longevity of the cutters.
Do Not place cutters in oven.

Whats the difference between cookie cutters and clay cutters?
Our Cookie Cutters have a sturdier wall and a sharp edge (0.4mm), our cookie cutters are usually 15mm tall.
Cookie Cutters are more suitable for for cookie dough, cake, modelling chocolate and cheese.
Our Clay cutter have a thinner wall and sharper edge (0.3mm-0.4mm), our clay cutters are usually 8mm tall,
Clay Cutters are more suitable for polymer clay making, fondant and gum paste.
